Oh, emotions are emotions. Even if you logically understand what is happening, and that we are still able to contact you, it does not mean you can just turn off how you feel. Yes, I can send you a letter, but death is still a traumatic thing, especially a violent one.

It's true, it's true! I think people are able to handle those emotions a little better when they're not begrudged for having them, though. When it doesn't feel like an uphill battle to be irrationally upset or angry, most people seem to be able to set their burdens down sooner rather than later. ...With some exceptions!
