It varies from group to group, I think. It is not uncommon for people to allow others to take the charge, which is how there are situations where a singular leader or two will emerge to make all decisions. However, in those cases, there can sometimes bring out resentment when people disagree with the leader's choices.
On the other side, there are situations where too many people wish to take charge, and the personalities clash more openly. Going by the profiles, we have a lot of people here who seem to have some sort of leadership trait. Depending on how true that is, we may end up facing a situation more like this than the former.
There is always the possibility everyone just sticks to themselves, but if we are going to be around each other for the next two months, people may prefer interaction.
Right? If someone manages to outsmart you, then you can at least accept there was some sort of misstep on your part you could have potentially prevented by making another move.

My apologies if it makes you uncomfortable.

But if you're not trying to intentionally get on my good side to be a pest, then it's passable.

I'm glad you understand.
A good idea is a good idea, whether or not it comes from someone I hate. Even I have the sense to acknowledge that.

[ people's bias is so real ]
Especially since everyone seems to be an opinionated bunch.

Is this not common for human society?
[he actually wouldn't know]

[scien's well aware that his own profile says 'unwilling leadership' so guess who's gonna be quick to take himself out of the running]

It seems that our supposed leadership have already introduced themselves. What are the odds of a coup? At least that would be interesting.

I'm still deciding whether I want an intelligent but malicious person or a stupid but still malicious person in charge of us.

It'd be mortifying to be sent to Hades because of an accidental button press.

It's part of the protocol if I'm to die or disappear, to begin part of the processing of replacing me with my next Reliver.
