That's true. There's a lot to learn about how all of this works. It's interesting, but... it ddefinitely take smore time than people who don't have to learn would take.
It is a relatively short amount of time. Even if we grow accustomed to it quickly, that still doesn't leave us with much time to make use of what we've learned.
Unless some of us decide we like the work and choose to stay, but... I can't imagine doing that myself.
