[ Yes...he had a feeling. He considers the question, not because he doesn't want to, but 'which one gets the bed' is more of a flexible answer.
He decides soon enough, though. ]
I'll take it.
[ There's a small pause as he heads over to the bed to observe it up close, before beginning to take off some of the blankets, leaving an equal number on the bed itself, before turning back to Owner. Then he'll wordlessly hold them out to them. ]
[ owner will take the blankets, holding them neatly. ]
Thank you. [ there's a pause at the question. ] Hm... I will see. In any case, even if I do sleep elsewhere, I would still like to keep my belongings in here. I'd prefer to have my items be behind a locked door.
Blade is normally allergic to being sociable so he doesn't anticipate sleeping elsewhere, so...at least no one can try to break into here and steal things (and leave unscathed, it's fine.) ]
...Our privacy seems to already be compromised; far be it for our items to end up the very same once again.
[ A lot sure happened at ... all of that. Something that nevertheless is going to be relatively important to keep in mind for a lot of obvious reasons.
Blade himself isn't exactly immediately heading to his room, but so happens to make a stop around the observation deck area. Catching sight of someone familiar, he turns his gaze on over to them. ]
[ His frown deepens at the thought as he considers the subject further. ]
A feeling that persisted, only to increase to violent extremes. Then to eventually disperse when the urge to complete that certain action was satisfied.
[ It's like being driven mad...senselessly mara-struck—but not, completely so. He thinks, "...inconsistent," the thought carrying on over. ]
Hmph...a pity we can't trace down the individual behind the source of this issue immediately.
It is. However, what Scien said at the end does imply that he thinks this may be a continuing issue. However, the problem is that the feeling only hit him after the rest of us fell asleep. If that's the case, then the rest of us would be unable to notice a change in a person's behavior.
[ so, once again, it turns into a thing of, how are they able to defend themselves against something like this? against their own selves? ]
Some people would rather hide than attack you directly.
[ while their body count goes up. ]
Someone said they will likely try to give people without any combat training lessons. Obviously, they would not likely not be able to win against someone fully trained if they were to be attacked by one, but at the very least to make sure they have even a small chance.
Blade hadn't known what to expect, but the conclusion certainly was...surprising. So now, here he is, walking around; it isn't too surprising to come into contact with another person, finding Owner in the midst of his own walks. Specifically around the observation deck area.
Not a bad idea to engage in conversation. He may have questions about other matters, though he can also see how they are dealing with their injury too. ]
...It seems we have had our share of excitement today.
[ Speaking as someone who has very much the same. Owner themselves hardly shows other signs of it being otherwise; no flinching, no grimacing. ]
With that matter all set and done...there was something I wished to ask.
[ Tangibly related, in the grand scheme of injuries and the like. It had seemed to vaguely come up again in trial and stoked his curiosity once again. ]
You went on a trip with a few others in the week before this one. What was that all about?
Ah... we were sent on a mission. To a planet, to visit a place called the Hanging Gardens. We were meant to steal something called a heartseed from an event that was occurring there. Things went a little wrong!
[ well, obviously, considering owner lost an entire arm to it. ]
But the heartseed turned out to be a sentient plant that was poisoning everyone and attacking the even with thorned vines. The vines is how we all got so injured.

owner gives it a look, his gaze settling on the singular bed. ]
Will this be a problem?

They appear to be unruffled at the current state of affairs. Blade? Blade just looks irritated, but then again that is one of his default expressions.
Still. ]
If you're expecting us to share the bed, yes.

They wouldn't like it if we did the same to them. The look on their faces if we had the chance, however...

...Curious last words, weren't they?
[ Of a sort. ]

[ owner is seated, facing the windows to see the stars. there's a friendly wave towards blade. ]
Scien said that he just suddenly wanted to take out his heart on Thursday. Just... out of nowhere. Odd.
no subject
Out of the blue?
[ ... ]
But it wasn't his own idea. Rather, a strange impulse; alien to him, correct?
[ The influence of this 'puppeteer' mentioned before... ]

[ and since people tend to die when you rip their hearts out of their bodies. ]
For a thought like that to turn so violent is... concerning.

...Unfortunate for us, but fortunate for our enemy.
Though, I would not deign myself to dare give the actions of a coward any true praise for such a conniving act.

Oh, definitely. I can't say I was expecting those turn of events at all.

...It also appears that you're able to move your hand just fine.

I have a high pain tolerance.

No wonder there was such an issue and you all came back as you were. Your enemy was an entire planet.
[ ...Honestly, this actually makes Blade impressed they all made it out there alive. ]
I suppose the expectation was this heartseed was to be...something else than that.

[ """safely""" ]
Do be careful. Even for someone skilled, these trips are unusual enough that it can take you be surprise.
